Tech Training Librarian or Assistant Librarian: Full-Time

Vigo County Public Library is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, customer focused individual for the full-time non-exempt position of Tech Training Librarian or Assistant Librarian. The job offers 40 hours per week in the Tech Team Department of the Main Library and requires day, evening, and weekend hours. A Master's degree in Library Science (Librarian position) or a Bachelor's degree (Assistant Librarian) is required. The Librarian or Assistant Librarian is responsible for developing and implementing learning experiences for community members and library staff that cultivate technology skills and provide exposure to current and emerging technologies in a fun Makerspace environment that fosters unbiased inclusiveness and respect for customers and co-workers.
