DIY Lava Lamps

Kids ages 8 to 14 can enjoy hands-on science while building their own lava lamp with Bridget Ireland, Assistant Professor of Education at Saint Mary of the Woods College. The properties of water, the properties of oil and chemical reactions will be explored in the process. Participants get to keep their lava lamp. Registration required.
