This series of six, theme-based classes includes learning signs based on themes such as mealtime, bedtime, bath time, getting dressed, park and pet signs. Each week families learn useful signs through fun songs, books and activities. This series of programs is open to the first 6 parent and child groups that preregister.

Erin Gregory from the Vigo County YMCA invites parents to come work out and play with your little one at the same time! It will be a learning experience for both parties. There will be a mix of yoga, strength, and some cardio. This program will incorporate parents and toddlers ages 2-5 on various exercise moves that can be performed together.

We'll face tricky topics such as handling meltdowns, the stress of being a parent and building strong communication with children. These sessions will surround the 4 pillars of success:  physical, social-emotional, cognitive, and communication skills that are acquired from birth to age five.
