Ages 0–2: Introduce your infant or toddler to new books, experiences, and skills while you strengthen your bond with them at Tiny Tot Storytime! In this group setting, your child will interact with children their age, learn to listen to others as a librarian reads to them, and strengthen their hands through fingerplays, shakers, and scarves. You will also discover tips for how to build these skills at home. After storytime, you and your child can spend an additional half-hour socializing with other parents and their children!

Ages 0–2: Teaching your infant how to sign essential words can strengthen your bond and improve communication with them! At this special edition of Tiny Tot Time, you and your little one will learn basic signs you can use at home by signing along to rhymes and stories and strengthening their hands through fingerplays, shakers, and scarves. You’ll also receive tips on how to continue building these skills at home. Each storytime ends with a half-hour free-play session for you and your child to socialize with others.

Thursday, September 1 at (All day)

Ages 0-5: Take your child on a trip across the night sky with books and activities from the Starstruck kit and explore the wonders of planets, stars, and galaxies. Your little one can join Toby on an otherworldly journey when he discovers only the North Star can guide a lost lion home in Andy Chou Musser’s A Home Under the Stars. Then spend a day—and night—with the citizens of Happy County in Ethan Long’s The Sun and the Moon Together. Finally, you can curl up with them and a surprise planet plushie to sing along to the classic nursery rhyme Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star musical floor jigsaw puzzle.
