Macy Kalb from the the Vigo County YMCA is joining us to offer Kids Yoga. This program is designed to honor children's more active energy levels. Movement during class alternates between active and calm to keep young yogis' attention. Music, dancing, and games are all incorporated as kids learn basic yoga poses and even breathing and relaxation techniques that they can use during their normal, daily routines.
